Reimbursements

1. Have you purchased the wrong ticket?

If you purchase the wrong ticket on a means of transport, you must complain/request a refund within five minutes of your purchase. The driver/ticket inspector can then correct the purchase manually. 

If you have accidentally purchase a ticket you cannot use, you can submit a claim via our contact form or visit your nearest customer service centre

2. Are you moving?

If you are moving from Troms County, you may request a refund of the credit balance on your Tromskort. In such cases, you must submit the travel card along with the receipt for your latest top up and a copy of your moving notification. An administration fee of NOK 100 applies.

3. On sick leave?

You may claim reimbursement for a period ticket if you are on 100% sick leave for a minimum of eight days. The amount to be reimbursed is calculated from the first day of sick leave providing you have not used the ticket during the period of sick leave. You must produce a copy of the doctor’s certificate. 4. Is your Tromskort damaged?

Please visit your nearest customer service centre. Please note that you an administrative fee of NOK 150 will be charged to transfer your balance to your new card. 

5. Other circumstances

We can also reimburse tickets in other circumstances, e.g. if you no longer require your Tromskort or in the event of death. Please contact us on +47 777 88 777 for assistance. Please note that you can incur an administration fee. 

Termination of Tromskort: Please visit your nearest customer service centre and take valid ID, your Tromskort and your last receipt for purchase of tickets/top up of credit. 

Termination of Mobillett: The legal owner of the mobile phone subscription may claim a reimbursement via our contact form. You must produce your last receipt and state your mobile number. 

 

Calculation of reimbursement:

The amount to be reimbursed will be calculated from the day we receive the ticket from you. We will not reimburse for the actual travel card, just the ticket/credit on the card. The following applies:

  • Single trip ticket: Activated tickets will not be reimbursed

  • 24-hour ticket: Activated tickets will not be reimbursed

  • 7-day ticket: Activated tickets will not be reimbursed

  • 30-day period ticket: Activated tickets will not be reimbursed

  • 90- day period ticket: All complete unused 30-day periods will be reimbursed

  • 180- day period ticket: All complete unused 30-day periods will be reimbursed

Right of cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days providing you have topped up the credit on your Tromskort via our online store or purchased a mobillett via your mobile phone. The amount will be refunded to your payment card free of charge. Please attach the receipt for your latest purchase. For mobillett, you also need to provide documentation that you are the legal owner of the mobile phone subscription. Please use our contact form or visit your nearest customer service centre.
